1. Dublicate this page (on the left menu, right click on "Sample news item".

2. Change "Page name" and Navigation label" above (this is the title of your news story). 

3. Make sure you have the correct date in the box above.

4. Change the web address of this page writing the date in URL box -- click tab "Meta-data" on top and change URL (e.g.  04082008).

5. Paste content in this box and delete this instructions.
